Unused gear can be returned at any time in store. Returns within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund to the original method of payment. Returns after 30 days of delivery will only be refunded in the form of store credit.
It can take 3–5 business days for a return to process back to the original payment method. If that payment is not received, please contact info@kenver.com.
Unused gear should be returned in the condition it was received in, including manufacturer tags where applicable. We will not accept the return of products damaged due to negligence or abuse.
